In fact, there is a list of eligible participants under the ACAG scheme designed by CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif for low-income families. House schemes offer loans to the needy so that they may build their homes or renovate existing homes. The Punjab government has decided to award the beneficiaries through lucky draws. We have, therefore, submitted the list of more than 1000 people who have been selected under this program. The CM recently launched the first phase of this program in DG Khan and other districts of Punjab.

Latest Update Apni Chat Apna Ghar Scheme:

Under the Apni Chat Apna Ghar, the eligible applicant is being given monetary benefits wherein the loan amount varies from PKR 1.2 to PKR 1.5 million and has a repayment term of seven years equal to PKR 14,000 per month. The opening balloting for the program was held on 5 September in Dera Ghazi Khan. It was launched by CM Punjab. “Maryam Nawaz stated that the ACAG scheme is going to be the largest scheme in Pakistan.”. Applications for the program are open currently, and it is expected to disburse loans to 100,000 people within a year. Beneficiaries will likely draw their first loans on September 15, 2024.

How to Check the List of Successful Applicants 2024:

We will use this blog to let you know how to check your name in the list of successful candidates. The Punjab government has also dealt with the facility of both online and offline modes for easy access to the heirs.

  • Through the Official Online Portal acag.punjab.gov.pk:
  • Visit the official program’s website, APNI CHAT APNA GHAR, by accessing acag.punjab.gov.pk.
  • Search for your registration status by using your registration details or CNIC number.
  • Visit the District Coordination Office:
  • Find your nearest DC office here.
  • The concerned officers will authenticate your verification in the list of successful applicants.
  • If selected, reapply for the next round:
  • You can reapply for the second round if your name does not appear in the list. Just make sure that when you register yourself under Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme, you have all the relevant information.

The registration process is as follows:

  • Complete the PSER Punjab Survey.
  • Registered yourself on their web portal.
  • Waiting for announcements regarding the next phases.

It is the life-transformative scheme introduced by CM Maryam Nawaz and provided low-cost housing to the people of Punjab to enhance their living standards. We are all aware that the government intends to sanction about 100,000 loans to the eligible applicants.
